Having trained at the prestigious LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) on the highly competitive Genesis Scholarship Carys understands the significance of authenticity and confidence when it comes to public speaking. Drawing from her own experience as an actor in a wide variety of productions from award-winning feature films to prime time BBC dramas, she brings a unique perspective to her coaching sessions, helping her clients find their voice and make a lasting impact.

Carys has an impressive teaching background, having worked with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and age groups worldwide. From doctors to investment bankers, young children to lawyers, she has successfully guided her students in improving their public speaking, presentation, and interview skills. Her dedication and expertise are reflected in the remarkable 100% distinction pass rate achieved by all her LAMDA examinations students. Carys has taught at film schools including London Film School and Met Film School and currently teaches across courses in the acting and voice departments at leading drama school Emil Dale Academy.

In addition to her coaching practice, Carys has also worked at LAMDA for many years, designing and reviewing the content of their internationally recognised performance and communication qualifications. As Qualifications Officer she has been responsible for teacher and examiner training, designing and up keeping LAMDA's invalidation process and being the main port of call for all syllabus queries. This involvement allows her to stay at the forefront of industry advancements, ensuring her clients benefit from the latest techniques and approaches.
